DATE AND TIME

Gvanim 2024 will be held on August 22-25. Camp begins on Thursday at 2:00pm with dancing and socializing, and will end on Sunday with breakfast before heading home.

HOUSING

Single Room: $750 - SOLD OUT (sign up for waitlist here)
Premier Double Room: $650 (2 person, private bath - nicest doubles) - SOLD OUT (sign up for waitlist here)
Double Room: $575 (2 person, private bath) - SOLD OUT (sign up for waitlist here)
Triple Room: $525 (3 person, private bath - one single bed and one bunk bed. To register for a Triple Room, you must have a group of three that is pre-determined) - SOLD OUT (sign up for waitlist here)
Young Professionals: $495 (Under 35, 2 person, private bath) - SOLD OUT (sign up for waitlist here)
Bunk: $380 (CO-ED. *Does not include linens*)

THE CAMP

We're housed at Camp Berkshire Hills Eisenberg, in Copake, NY. With motel style accommodations, beautiful dance spaces, a Glatt kosher kitchen, and stunning outdoor vistas, we are excited to celebrate another year together!

GETTING THERE

Camp Berkshire Hills Eisenberg is in Copake NY. This is 1 hour from Albany, 2 hours from NYC, 3 hours from Boston, and 5.5 hours from the Washington DC area.

WHAT DOES MY REGISTRATION INCLUDE?

Registration covers housing, kosher food for all meals and snacks, and non-stop dancing fun, throughout the weekend with the #GvanimFamily!

SCHOLARSHIPS

Thanks to a donation made by Hora Shalosh dance weekend (www.horashalosh.com) in memory and honor of Moshe Eskayo, Gvanim has a small number of scholarships available so dancers are able to attend Gvanim, despite financial constraints. COVID POLICY

We require that all campers and staff have received the COVID-19 Vaccination and Booster before attending camp. We will assess our mask policy to be determined by local and state laws.

OTHER DETAILS

Cancellation Policy: Prior to June 1st, there is a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellation from June 2nd to July 31st has a $150 Cancellation Fee (no exceptions). There are no refunds after August 1sh. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
There is WIFI in most public areas at camp. However, we try to keep you dancing most of camp!
